Long term living at Rainbow Lake means waking up every morning beneath a canopy of Ponderosa Pines with the sound of Carrizo Creek nearby. Our full hookup sites include 30/50 amp electric, city water, sewer, free cable TV, and Wi-Fi — everything you need to settle in comfortably for the long haul.
Accessible accommodations are available, and your four-legged companions are welcome too!
Seasonal rates are available for both winter and summer stays, so whether you’re escaping the cold or making the most of the mountain summers, we’ve got an option that works for you. Beyond the park, Ruidoso and the surrounding region give long term guests plenty to keep life interesting. Lincoln National Forest offers endless trails to explore, while nearby towns like Tularosa, Capitan, Carrizozo, and Alamogordo make for great day trips.
